About The Mission Hills Villas
Nestled in a park like setting, the Mission Hills Villas are a luxurious 55+ community that are a single-story floor plan. We offer two different style units, an A model and a B model. The A model comes with a two-car attached garage while the B model has a one car attached garage. Both units come with high-end stainless-steel appliances including fridge (w/ice maker), stove and dishwasher. Each unit also has 9ft tall ceilings, and with 12ft tall, vaulted ceilings in the living room along with a modern electric fireplace. Owner occupied and operated Senior Living at it Finest
October 25, 2022I have resided here with my husband for nearly 6 years and have been so pleased since we have moved in. The uniqueness of living here is that the owner lives on the property, so it is meticulously operated and maintained beautifully at all times. There are many activities daily in the clubhouse and tenant appreciation dinners given by the owners, too, along with monthly excursions to casinos, etc. Missions Hills is senior living at its finest and doesn't get better anywhere else.Review from Apartments.com
