This apartment complex is pretty nice in terms of rent to space, and locations. They are also good on repairs, but new management does not seem to care about providing a peaceful and quiet place to live. Which is really important to me and my family. Construction in rental units start as early as 6 am and if you call them for help they say they can't do anything about it and its not every day that they remodel. from personal experience. Which is kind of contradictory.
They really don't seem to care if you have a valid reason to request a later time for remodeling like 8am. Management says they can start as early as 6 am, but noise and construction ordinance for Lisle location is 7am-9pm.
So I don't see how that works out. When I spoke to the building manager, she seemed dismissive. Like some how my asking for help was unreasonable. This was my first time calling for help in the 4 years I have rented here. I was extremely disheartened.
