    I'm in my 6th year of residency here. The floor plan of my apartment, a 1-BR, but larger than most. Quiet surroundings, the golf course & my balcony are my favorites. We have new management and so far they've shown concern for keeping this complex a pleasant place to live.

    I am a single middle aged female. I love it here. Safe. Quiet. Good neighbors. My maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely fashion. Under previous management, Flex payment was an option. I absolutely loved that. The new management co doesn’t use flex. That’s my only unsatisfactory item. My apt is facing the golf course. I see deer and rabbits and squirrels. It is sooooo very peaceful. My unit was upgraded recently. It’s not brand new but I absolutely love it!

  • Terrible!

    We pay too much money in rent to have terrible management and maintenance! They never fix anything on time not even urgent issues like a leaking sink which floods my kitchen floor. Why is it taking almost two weeks for a new faucet?! They tore up my kitchen floor replacing dishwasher and that was replaced incorrectly and my floor is still damaged. My garage has been broken for months and my pantry and closet doors are still broken! They are the absolute worst! DO NOT RENT HERE!

    Maintenance never comes! You call the emergency maintenance number because it’s 87 degrees in your apartment with the air making noise but not working and they don’t answer. 2 weeks later the office calls you about a work order 1 month ago that still won’t get fixed.

  • Go somewhere else

    It's anyone's guess when your maintenance issues will be addressed. We have been without air conditioning for 10 months, even though it's been in the 80s. There is only 3 or 4 maintenance people for 260+ units. Only one property manager. No one wants to work there, and no one wants to live there. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Talked to corporate about hiring new people and they just laughed it off.

  • Negligence

    Over the years this place has gone down hill in every way... First we will talk about the maintenance, I have had a slow water leak from my 2nd floor tub for MONTHS. I have called over and over and they say someone will be out to fix it. No one ever comes. With this leak it has caused major water damage in the bathroom and on the ceiling in the kitchen. I have a sliding glass door that will not close properly and they have said for 4 years that the whole door needs replaced but no one ever fixes ...
    it which has caused cold air and hot air to come in from outside. On top of that the neighborhood has changed. My car is broken into at least once a week and my neighbors car was stolen from his parking spot and found days later destroyed... This place is not safe for anyone. Last week they put eviction notices on a bunch of peoples doors even though people are struggling through covid. Instead of them calling them and discussing their rent they just put a letter on their door.... They don't answer the phone they don't repair anything and they don't care that their property is unsafe to their residents.... I'm happy to be moving in October I could not put up with this any longer....
