About The Villas
The Villas Apartment Homes are surrounded by serene wooded fields and offer several one and two bedroom apartment floor plans with ample closet space. Each apartment has a foyer entry with a coat closet, intercom entry system and choice of either patio or balcony. The Villas pet-friendly apartment community includes pet waste stations located throughout the community, however breed restrictions do apply. Enjoy a large pool while the sun is shining. The Villas apartments, located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, are conveniently in walking distance of Washtenaw Community College and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Our apartments are near Eastern Michigan University (less than 10 minutes away) and the University of Michigan (less than 20). We are also located on the AAATA bus line 24. Nightmare
August 22, 2022I given my apartment before I’d moved in. People I knew needed a place. I took photos ahead of that. The carpet was old and stained. They tried billing ME for the carpet once the people who took over my lease expired. I was able to send photos to not be billed for the carpet and cleaning ($1100)…. Even though if gone through the office to transfer the lease. I found out about this nonsense when I was getting an apartment in California and they told me my credit had gone down over 200 points ...because of an apartment in Michigan. This company, McKinley, is the scum of the earth. They own most of the local complexes, it seems…. Avoid them at all costs, if possible.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Ant infestation since day 1
April 15, 2019I moved into The Villas Nov 9th 2018. The same week I noticed red ants in my bathroom. Fast forward to April 2019 and the infestation has only gotten worse. There are ants in my kitchen, on our cups and plates, in our bathrooms on our body towels, they’re in my bedroom along the walls etc. The Villas do not care. They say there is nothing they can do. They say the ants are “tricky” to get rid of. The exterminator tells me McKinley does not care about The Villas and that’s why the problem is so ...terrible. THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS RIDDLED WITH THESE ANTS. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BUGS.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 25, 2015These apartments are so spacious! I love my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Before I moved in, I was afraid there wouldn't be enough space for all my belongings, but everything has a place! I would highly recommend this complex to others.Review from Apartments.com
