It's a great community with great staff and amenities! As a student at Villanova, the shuttle to and from campus is also incredibly beneficial. The only issue is the struggle to find parking, but everything else is great!

Everyone has been incredibly kind, both residents and staff members! The amenities provided are incredibly beneficial and are never too busy to use. However, the parking is incredibly difficult if more than one person lives in the apartment, and there are rarely any spots left in the evening.

The area has been quiet and I have no problems getting maintenance to help when I have needed it. The office staff has been very helpful as well. It's nice to have a gym available but the area is also very walkable so you can easily walk for exercise.
