    Let me tell you of a typical M-F here. You come outside to the wafting of herb along with blunt tips and trash everywhere. Most days its typically quiet but everynight from 6pm to 6am its a club. Blaring and I mean BLARING music 12 hrs stright! Police have been called so many times, most of complex complains and still mgt does nothing! It just seems you can do whatever you want here. Cant wait to leave. Counting the days! Mgt does nothing to ensure residents are happy. Its all 9-5 then who cares. ...

    Disgusting and full of roaches. Office staff is rude. They should’ve kept the previous management. Things were much better then. Maintenance request go unattended for months. And when you ask again to have them repaired, office gives you major attitude. Also huge roach issue. I definitely would not recommend.

    I scheduled an appointment for a tour at 9am when their offices don't even open until 10am, why was my appointment confirmed for that time if no-one was going to be there? After 10am arrived the service women was 23 minutes late to work after I had to contact the maintenance man and have him call her since I had been sitting there waiting for an hour and 23 minutes. once she had arrived I was not greeted and walked in after the women, once I told her the reason for me being there the units I was ...
    supposed to look at aren't even available and I was told it would be 10 days until they're available to even though the website says it would be available now or 3 days. This complex obviously doesn't have its stuff together, couldn't imagine living here with so much disrespect and unorganization from the front office

    Have a friend who recently moved in. these apartments are gorgeous. very spacious and open, I love the sunlight that gleams through the solarium windows. the kitchen space is lovely and not cramped. even the bathrooms were great size with walk in closets in both rooms as well. they are very central, close to everything, but also tucked away and quiet. residents and staff are friendly. and they don't mind pets. I loved it so much that I actually inquired for a 2b/2 myself.

    Great affordable apartment for starting off, management is always attentive and polite and for the year that I have lived here there have not been any issues with utilitiles, pests, or any of those common apt issues you find. Direct commute to NAS Mayport so plus side there if you are navy and quite close to St. Johns Town Center and the Jax zoo. No regrets and definitely going to be remaining here for the forseeable future.
