The property in this neighborhood sucks and there's no refundable deposit. When I moved out in May, when they checked out, they told me that they would only deduct $300 for the wall painting, they said they would not deduct the other expenses, and when I received the deposit check, they deducted $1,500 for the carpet replacement and $1,200 for the wall painting. So far, he has not sent me an email to explain and tell me the specific details of the cost. This apartment is a security deposit trap.

The apartments here are wonderful. What set Villas at Fairway apart is the excellent customer service I have experienced while living here. I toured with Avalon in the area and the customer service was cold and unfriendly. At Villas, Emilee and Neysa are amazing front desk workers and have answered more questions for me than I can count. My family and I have dealt with Aris Corcino- Leasing Consulatant and she has been nothing shy of great when it comes to assisting us in any matters! Great at-home feel community and neighborhood. I have been living here since last one year and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Hurma, Dillon and Aris (front desk staff) are wonderful and have been always helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved immediately and follow up is done to make sure your satisfaction. Parking is easy and all buildings are very clean. Again hats off to the front desk staff for such a pleasant experience so far!!!

We lived here for about a year before moving out of state and we loved our time here. The front desk staff was wonderful, and maintenance came straightaway for any of our calls. Parking was easy, and the location was so convenient being next to Rutgers, and the train station. Overall excellent experience.
