As multi family houses go… The Villas at Falling Waters is top notch..one of the best! Staff and maintenance crew are amazing. They fix any issue promptly. Leasing staff have gone above and beyond. Lack of snow removal!! Snow removal was not done over this last weekend (Jan 24-25) and when I ran into the manager and voiced my concern she told me there needs to be 1-2 inches before they do it (it was 1/2 to 3/4 inch in front of my apartment). The public sidewalks aroundd the complex when I left for work this morning and its wednesday. Finally saw someone putting salt down on the ice tuesday evening.
