Worse place to live
May 20, 2023Bell's management is so flawed that people come and go from anywhere here every day in the complex. I've been robbed 4 times! They cut the screen, went in and stole it. When I call there, they say they are friends with the locals. They come and go drunk, making fun, without family. And even when we tried to call to complain they said not to call because we are bothering them. Disgraceful management!Review from Apartments.com
Poorly maintained place
March 5, 2023Poorly maintained place, bad service from the staff. They never solve anything. They are incompetent. My washing machine has gone days without a solution. And when we call to resolve it, they come grudgingly, as if they were doing us a favor.Property Manager Responded

Incompetent administration

March 31, 2023Hi Gabriela. I am not sure what you mean by your comments about the trash. We do have a service who picks up the trash outside your door Thursdays through Mondays. There are some rules that must be followed for the trash to be picked up. All trash must be placed inside the trash can and placed outside your front door between the hours of 8:00 pm and midnight. If your trash is not picked up on any given night, please contact us and we will notify the trash service company immediately.
