October 27, 2025The apartment is wonderful, it’s nice and clean and spacious. All really nice stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and the cabinets are beautiful. Overall, it just looks terrific. The amenities are great, the weight room is really nice. It’s just a nice place to live.The leasing managers are both terrific and very helpful. Overall, I’m very very happy and I would recommend living here to anybody. I give it an 10 out of 10.Property Manager Responded

Be careful
July 9, 2019This place isn’t worth the money.. They allow non resident people to swim in the pool and when brought to there attention they tell us to call the police? The new property Manager Amber is rude. There’s never enough chairs Available at the pool area as well. Parking in awful . Also they will raise the rent up after a year, If you don’t sign another lease it’s 100.00 more a month plus the yearly increase. Be carefulProperty Manager Responded
July 10, 2019Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our community. Our managers are on property to be helpful and they treat our tenants with as much courtesy and respect as possible. We're sorry for the issues with the pool, but we do allow non-residents to use the pool as long as they are accompanied by a resident. The number of non-resident guests at the pool is limited so all our residents can enjoy it. We are also adding more chairs to the pool area. Unfortunately, rents do have to increase from time to time and we clearly communicate when there is an increase far in advance. We offer month to month rent at an additional amount so residents can have more flexibility and convenience to move out closer to a time that works best for them, instead of signing a new 12-month lease.

December 12, 2017Lived here almost since they were built! Highest quality in the area, with updated appliances and modern feel. Very nice, with a lot of amenities! Quiet complex, friendly neighbors. Never had any problems with the landlord. Very nice lady, personable but professional! Only thing I don’t like is that you can only use BTES, which I’m not very fond of.
