Living the Dream in LA
July 21, 2025I have been enjoying living at Paladia for a few years now and want to say how much I appreciate the staff, who are always kind and friendly. I have not required maintenance very often, but when I do, it is taken care of immediately. There has been a remodel which is almost complete, with multiple amenities including the pool. indoor and outdoor gym, amazon lockers, business lounge, and grille areas. Having a balcony overlooking the pool has been especially nice. Upon my initial move in, the ...manager Yolanda and the staff were especially accommodating as I was graduating from Loyola Marymount University and had family coming into LA.
