Nice Place
October 10, 2024It's good because it is well kept. The landscrape is pretty in some places. I just wish they had security around here checking to make sure are automobiles are safe. There has been a lot of break in peoples cars. I do fill that after living here for a few years that they need to change the carpet. Also there are people with dogs, around my area, and they bark all the time, they really need to see the owners about that, it's very distrubing. I also thought this was a senior complex, but not so, ...there are way too many young kids around here. I guess only one person has to be 55 years old. I would like for it to be just a senior place that would be really nice.Property Manager Responded

February 10, 2022We just moved in this apartment less than a month and my husband started having an allergy reaction causing difficult breathing. We had to see our allergy doctor and confirmed it is the reaction from the mold with a written letter. There is some weird smell in the apartment which we couldn’t notice before moving in because they kept open the all the window to avoid the smell! And we submitted the letter from the doctor to the manager. And his response is this :” This is not our problem”.Property Manager Responded

Management is useless
March 13, 2017Staff was friendly and helpful but management was completely useless and refused to help me with any issues. Maintenance is also useless. Had to ask four times to fix the bathroom light and when they finally came all they did was change a light bulb and that didn't fix the issue. Bunch of lazy mouth breathers that work here except maybe a couple people. Rooms are mediocre at best.Property Manager Responded
