Maintenance Staff
December 29, 2025I’m so very impressed with Jaime and Billy. I went in to the office this morning and met with Tammy to sign my lease for 2026. I mentioned a small problem with my toilet. She immediately put in a work order, and within the hour Billy and Jaime from maintenance were out to fix it. I’ve been at the Villas since January 2025 and couldn’t be happier. February 16, 2018Glad I picked this place almost 2 years ago. . Bree, Jaime and Tammy very responsive. Good grounds maintenance. Like in apt washer dryer. Security is as good as can be expected in Bakersfield. What can be expected in this town Hope they get rid of hood rat young relatives but I know this is hard.Review from Apartments.com
