I lived in the villas at setauket approximately one year and I can’t say enough positive things about. The apartments are all a good size, much larger than the other ones I looked at. Maintenance crew has always been receptive to my problems. The office staff are friendly and always try to correct any problems. There are plenty of activities in the community - the garden is a standout. All vegetables are growing in abundance, the landscape is beautifully maintained with garbage pickup x2 a week ...

Beautiful, spacious and clean townhomes. Great location to Port Jefferson as well as parks and beaches to catch some amazing sunsets! The clubhouse and pool are also great. People are friendly and the maintenance staff is wonderful. There are several activities the staff and residents come up with and you can participate if you’d like or not at all. Either way, you get the sense of “family” within the community.

Easy living in a beautiful setting. The condos and clubhouse are very neat, clean and stylish. The train runs next to the property but it’s not loud and you may find the rumble and distant whistle relaxing. You’ll love the property managers and neighbors, they have been very kind and helpful.

We were the first to occupy +2 years ago and have no plans to go anywhere else. Great floor plans, finishes and fixtures. Landscaping is done well and the clubhouse and pool are great. The on-site management are good people and respond to any maintenance needs which have been rare.

The apartments at the Villas at Setauket are beautiful and spacious! The grounds and clubhouse are lovely! It is like living in a condo! When you first enter the rental office you feel so welcomed by Alex, Lisa and Michael! This doesn’t change once you sign the lease and become a member of the Villas family! The maintenance crew are attentive and professional. We looked at many 55 and better communities across Long Island and we can’t imagine living anywhere else!

From the first moment I walked into the model home, I fell in love with the place! The townhomes have a great amount of living and storage space. There is an ample amount of space to sit outside and the community is nice and quiet. The grounds are kept beautifully and the leasing and maintenance staff are readily available for any of your needs. The location is perfect! It is only a few minutes from Port Jefferson village. This was the best decision we ever made!
