My only complaint is that dog clean up is not enforced. The dog park is so gross, random places around the community are piles of dog poop also.

We are very happy living at Villas of Westchase. It is very important for our family that the community is wellsuited for families with children, with playgrounds, pools, and barbecue areas. Most importantly, it provides access to Deer Park Elementary School.

Overall decent place to live, communication with staff is a little difficult as emails and phone calls are often unanswered. But the maintenance staff is always extremely helpful and the community is in a nice area. Parking is nightmare and amenities could use an upgrade but overall I do enjoy living here.

It’s been an amazing experience so far the staff are very warm and welcoming and I love the atmosphere in this area. The only improvement I would say is I wish they did get to maintenance request a little bit faster, but I definitely understand that.

I love living at The Villas, it is a great location, beautiful community, and love the amenities. Ever since moving to the area I find myself much calmer when home and when driving around Westchase because it’s not as heavily populated as surrounding Tampa.

Overall my experience has been ok. Valerie was amazing at getting me registered and moving me in timely. I did not enjoy the maintenance department and how they handled a certain situation but overall the experience is good.

I like the staff, they are all very kind and attentive. The place is beautiful, the public spaces are very nice. Some neighbors are very noisy and play loud music. I live across from the park and there should be screens because the children throw things at my house. Since my house is right across from it, there should be cameras on the streets that capture the doors of the houses, because unfortunately my bicycle was stolen from my front door.
