March 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWe are very happy living at Villas of Westchase. It is very important for our family that the community is wellsuited for families with children, with playgrounds, pools, and barbecue areas. Most importantly, it provides access to Deer Park Elementary School.

March 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comOverall decent place to live, communication with staff is a little difficult as emails and phone calls are often unanswered. But the maintenance staff is always extremely helpful and the community is in a nice area. Parking is nightmare and amenities could use an upgrade but overall I do enjoy living here.

February 21, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI like the staff, they are all very kind and attentive. The place is beautiful, the public spaces are very nice. Some neighbors are very noisy and play loud music. I live across from the park and there should be screens because the children throw things at my house. Since my house is right across from it, there should be cameras on the streets that capture the doors of the houses, because unfortunately my bicycle was stolen from my front door.
