Not my favorite place to live
March 5, 2024When I first moved in my apartment was not clean at all. I was fine to clean it. But while I was deep cleaning I saw there was what appeared to be black mold in the AC… I did let the apartment complex know. They didn’t fix it until 7 months ish later after my AC stopped working in THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER. I have had rats in my ceiling, the washer and dryers continuously break and we have to use quarters (which isn’t horrible more annoying than anything) My shower and toilet consistently were ...flooding for a period of time took about 2 months to fix. For the price I paid for a studio was insane. I was in a tight spot and definitely needed to find a place asap. I would recommend if you’re not in a rush to get into an apartment I’d find somewhere else. The maintenance man is GREAT THOUGH!! And the ladies I talked to on the phone about any problems I had were always very nice.Property Manager Responded

Many Improvements-New Owners
January 22, 2023I have lived here for several years, and there have been several different owners, most of them terrible. The current owners are making amazing improvements. Nice place to live!
January 20, 2023I moved into The Villas last year and I am very pleased with the property manager and the maintenance staff here. The manager Chris was very polite and accommodating during my tour and the apartment as well as the property looked very nice. Every issue I have they are very prompt in making sure it gets done in a timely manner. My coworker just moved in and would recommend this place to more of my friends.Property Manager Responded

Deception
August 10, 2021We moved here last May and upon moving the AC was not working and the property manager took a couple of days to fix it. The door of the cabinet below the sink is broken. The oven is missing a connection for it to work. The whole apartment is poorly renovated. The roof in the porch is leaking. There's a moment where there was a worm infestation. The property manager is so rude. The laundry machine in the facility is not working as it should, clothes are still dirty despite doing the laundry.Review from Apartments.com
