Luxury living at incredible value
October 1, 2018Excellent townhome community with resort style amenities, gated, ideal location (close to mall, turkey creek, and downtown) and wonderful staff including Jenna and Jennifer. We enjoyed our 3 years here and was perfect place for family especially with little children. Having large garage for storage and cars as well as ample of space in their 3 BR units made it like home! Highly recommend it for people in transition phase of their lives and very affordable compared to nearby luxury apartment ...communities. Safe and Quiet
June 25, 2018I lived at Emerald Woods for two years, one year in a three bedroom and one year in a two bedroom. The interiors are beautiful with their neutral colors. It is the perfect place for a single woman because it is gated and safe. I never hesitated to use the walking trail or fitness center all hours of the day and night. But it is not just for single people. It is the perfect place for families. The pool and playground offer play space for children. Not only that, but the streets are safe for ...the children to ride their bikes and scooters, and for parents to take the babies out in their strollers. Maintenance requests are always met promptly. Jennifer and Jenna in the office are always cheerful with their over the top customer service. I would have continued to live there but I am getting ready to retire and needed to downsize space and expenditures. A great place to call home
July 31, 2015I have lived at Emerald Woods for going on 4 years now. I can honestly say this is a great place to live. It is quiet, the neighbors are good, and it is a well maintained community. It feels safe as it is gated and we have several State troopers and police living here! I will continue to live here until we are ready to buy a house. It is not exactly the cheapest place in town but actually for the space and amenities that you get it is actually quite competitive in the pricing.
