She was very thorough and going over all the details and promotions.The process of submitting our application was fairly quick and easy. Marianne helped us through the application process to get approved. She has been an integral part of our transition and has been very helpful ...every step of the way. That said, the unit that we are living in now is an upgrade to where we were living. They accept your application fees and you no longer hear from them. They never have a direct point of contact. I understand they are new but they need to make improvements.
