AC issues Have been having issues with our AC for over a month. Had to call emergency maintenance 2 times becuase the AC was sitting at 82 degrees. Put in a maintenance request, and they came by while I was out. Came home 3 hours later. Temperature still 81 degrees. Temperature only cooled to 77 degrees after anout 6 hours. Not happy.

The oven doesn't work and the outlet cover for the laundry room is missing The oven still doesn't work unless it's on broil it's a fire hazard the same with the outlet cover missing in the laundry room the light in the laundry room and fridge doesn't work

Would highly recommend!! Love the serenity and stability the neighborhood gives if you want to live in harmony with no problems, issues, or too much noise then Market 100 is the place. Not to mention the amenities get a spot while you can because they fill up fast!
