The only answer I get when I complain about my downstairs neighbors shaking my floor with loud music at 2 am, is to call the courtesy officer. I have called 4-5 times in the past few months and nothing has been done. I started posting my reviews about this issue I have been having with the office's lack of action on this which got a slight reaction, but by the sound of the noise already starting at 8pm, then it's likely I'll have to call again, so clearly not enough was done.

We hate to hear that we have not been able to meet your expectations. We always request that the office and/or courtesy officer be contacted so that a third party can validate the excessive noise.
