  • Don’t rent here I was from a different state

    They want to over charge you on rent and they won’t give you your deposit back and if you give a 30 days notice they will still charge you for rent after I was from a different state they knew that that’s why they did it and they have roaches and don’t do anything about them

    So far it has been a great experience living here! The staff are nice, maintenance works pretty fast and the neighbors are pretty cool overall :) the pools are kept clean and have good hours, free internet is a plus and the parking is great overall I’d say it’s pretty great

    Apartment was dirty when I moved in. Internet was hard to set up. Grounds are filled with dog poop. People are nice.

    Make sure you view the complex in person! Go in the evening to get a feel for what you will deal with, and pay attention to the walkways on the 2nd floor before you agree to move into a 2nd floor apartment. The pictures do not tell the true story and pictures can't tell you the whole story. Do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease without checking it out in person first.
