OK Living Here - But Staff is NEVER in the Office.
August 20, 2025Overall the place is decent. There aren’t any parking issues, no roach infestations, no electric issues, and so on. However, there are a few issues that do make the Vineyards less than ideal. First, the fixtures in the apartment seem cheap. The towel holders in the bathrooms broke within the first few months of living here. The garbage disposal stopped working. The toilets get clogged easily. Secondly, there is NEVER anyone in the office. Because their online payment system sometimes doesn’t ...work, I often had to pay the rent in person. About 3/4 times I would attempt to pay (or talk to them about anything for that matter) during their normal business hours, the office would be locked and no one would be there. No “Out to Lunch” sign or anything, just not there. Finally, the last thing is a bit silly but…there is a colony of feral cats in the apartment complex. Not only is that a potential hazard to pets (due to fleas and other infections), but it’s a danger to local birds. Also, there are all these cats roaming around yet if you feed any you’re fined $300. Please Vineyards, spay and neuter these animals so it’s not a permanent issue or at least call animal control.Property Manager Responded

If for any reason, we aren't available in the office ,we may be out of property, with a resident or prospect, or at Rosewood right next door. Wonderful Experience
July 2, 2025I can't recommend Vineyards Apartments highly enough! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew I had found a special place to call home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff immediately made me feel like part of a community. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with modern finishes and spacious layouts that really maximize comfort and functionality. I particularly love the large windows that let in so much natural light, making the space feel bright ...and airy. The amenities at Vineyards are truly top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and I appreciate having a pool to enjoy during the warmer months. The lush landscaping and serene walking paths around the property provide the perfect setting for a peaceful stroll or a spot to unwind after a long day. One of the standout features of Vineyards Apartments is the sense of community. The staff puts together regular events and gatherings that foster connections among residents, and I’ve met so many wonderful neighbors as a result. It’s refreshing to live in a place where everyone is so friendly and sociable. Additionally, the location is ideal! With shopping, dining, and parks just a short drive away, I love the convenience of having everything I need within reach. Buyer Beware!
January 26, 2024Move-in was simple; Mia was great & has been great all along. However, this complex is not maintained well, they charge a community fee, yet the grounds are dirty, and the breezeway are not lit up & are dirty. The pool & bbq area had issues last summer, and residents also had to use the rosewood pool. Yes, the gym is now 24 hours, but the pool was open maybe 1 month this season. You will rarely find someone in the leasing office & sometimes have to go to Rosewood to talk to someone. Instead of ...improving with the units' upgrades, the complex & management are falling apart.Property Manager Responded
January 30, 2024Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are so glad your move-in was a breeze and your experience with our leasing agent, Mia, has been a positive one. We would like the opportunity to address each of your concerns, starting with your comments regarding the grounds and breezeway lights. We do have an on-site maintenance staff that picks up the grounds each morning to keep the areas free from trash and debris. We also have an on-site courtesy officer who completes nightly breezeway light checks to ensure there is appropriate lighting throughout the community. If you're seeing a specific area where the grounds are dirty and/or the breezeway lights are not working, please reach out to us ASAP so we can correct these concerns. The pool area is closed right now for the season, but we do intend on opening the pool this year on Memorial Day and it will remain open through Labor Day, just like last year. Our leasing office is open from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturdays. ...If you need something and don't find someone in the office, they may either be on a lunch break, or our leasing efforts may be needed next door at Rosewood. If you give us a call, we always try our best to return your call within 24 hours. We would love if you could reach out to our Community Director to discuss these concerns further and work through some solutions directly. Buildings and Breezway are nasty
July 31, 2020My daughter lives in a 3 Bedroom apartment for 11 months now. The Building is green from filth. The stairs and Breezeway have never been cleaned from what I can tell from visiting. The stove only has 2 eyes that work and the dishwasher is a joke. The toilets either won't flush or run constantly. They pay for the amenities and pest control which have been non existent for 4 months now. They have been seeing roaches now. This place is nasty. I would give them 0 stars.Review from Apartments.com

April 29, 2019I would not give even 1 star. Pathetic customer service. we tried getting the apartment here. One day before the moving they told us to pay $1005 non refundable . The WORST
April 2, 2019This is the worst apartment I've ever been, if you have a second choice please don't live here. The apartment have stuff broken even before I moved in, and that takes them forever to fix (still not fix yet), you can never reach them by phone call, email, a lot of time leasing office don't have anyone. They give false promise that they will never do. These people are horrible and they don't care about their resident at all. Not mentioning how high rent they charge.
