Nice Place Just Can’t Find Laundry Room.
February 15, 2021I’ve been living here since October and it’s been coo. I only had 2 small problems so far but other than that it’s a nice apartment. My only problem is I can’t find the laundry room. I have to take my Laundry to a friends house just to wash clothes.Property Manager Responded

Choose somewhere else
September 11, 2020The day I received my keys there were roaches all over the apartment and I was preparing for a newborn the roaches still come and go no matter how clean I kept it. Maintenance is trash, no one answers the phone when they do Crystal in the office is very rude, my refrigerator leaked water throughout my whole kitchen I was told August 2019 I would get a new one nothing happened.Property Manager Responded

I spoke to your Property Manager and she doesn't recall speaking to anyone about a leaking refrigerator. Unfortunately we weren't able to verify your account information to review any work orders, but we're more than happy to look into it. Our Pest Control team is also available to do as many treatments as necessary, so please either give us a call or open up a work order through our online portal.

Lowest Quality Customer Service
January 5, 2017No one is ever in the office to deal with resident issues. The Manager does not return calls in a timely manner. The rent drop box has been removed and with only a single leasing agent who will try to claim to be the manger never in the office it can take 3-4 attempts to pay your rent at the office. We have had little snow this winter yet it can take a day or more for sidewalks to be salted and maintained in a safe manner. Not ADA compliant and the attitude is We do not care.Review from Apartments.com
