January 21, 2026Do not move in to buildings 3,8 or 11. Their fire panels are out of date and not functioning properly. They make a loud beeping noise every 5 seconds or so and indicate a fault on the screen. The property management company (asset living) will not approve them to be replaced because of how expensive they are. This has been going on over 3 months now. I’m sure the fire panels on the other buildings are about to go as well. Awful!
July 20, 2018They begged me not to post a review about their awful service but I still decide to share my exprience with them. My friend and I first reserved a two bedroom in their community, we made an agreement in their office that it would be a 10 month contract. However when we received a formal contract that they sent for our signature, it showed a 12 month leasing term. We pointed that out and let them fixed it, and then we signed that contract. Two days later they sent us another contract for our ...signature, saying that the security deposit on the first contract was not correct. Anyway, we signed their new contract again, and paid extra security deposit. However, just ONE DAY before our move-in date, someone from their leasing office called me and told me that I won't be able to move in due to their maintenance issue (Later they told us they found many roaches). And they requested us to move into another room which is $50 more per month, and a floor which we don't like (Ground level). So we decided not to live there anymore due to their dishonesty from the start. And they agreed and promised to refund our $270 application fee and deposit back. Up to now it's been more than 2 months but we haven't received anything from them. We’ve been to their office a couple of times and asked for the status of our refund check, while they couldn't tell us anything but "You will receive your check". Dissatisfied Resident
February 1, 2016I am seeing a trend in the children in this complex. They are playing on residents vehicles causing alarms to go off. This needs to be addressed immediately. One reason being that it is disruptive to individuals who work midnights like myself. Second being that this can cause damage to property (vehicles) which will lead to hefty bills. I have personally witnessed one of the children picking with the stickers on a vehicle. They have even been video recorded climbing on the windshield of a ...vehicle. Also, the same group of individuals are running through breezeways and causing a large volume of noise. These children are unattended all evening outdoors.(Some times even after darkness falls) This type of behavior is unacceptable. We tenants pay a hefty amount to reside here and should be comfortable. Poor maintenance
November 21, 2015The apartments are poorly constructed. After move-in while looking around I have noticed the apartment is no where near square. Hallways will start at one width and by the end it will be more narrow. Children that live in here with there family have friends over (no big deal) until they start running around being loud all the time and knocking on doors. They also use the parking lot and tennis court as their personal skate board park and act like they own the road when on the parking lot skate ...boarding. I've had to put in multiple request for bugs in my apartment that are coming in through the pipes in the bathrooms and maintenance nor an exterminator ever comes to check on it. When we moved in we discovered the previous tenant had a dish installed and the maintenance at the complex had left the dish on the patio along with the cables run all across the apartment and through the wall so I had to remove it all and fix the hole in the wall that the previous tenant left. Found My First Home
September 23, 2015I hunted for a roommate for over a year and a half because I was apprehensive to move out on my own. July of 2015 I finally got up the nerve to look into single bedroom apartments in my area. I visited several other apartment complexes before I made it over to The Vinings. When I walked into their lobby, I was instantly greeted by friendly staff. Jason Levy helped me immensely in searching for my first home. He took me on a tour of the model apartment, which happened to be a two bedroom, and I ...fell in love instantly. The Vinings at Newnan Lakes is a quiet, clean, SAFE apartment complex. I felt that from the moment I entered their leasing office. Jason was very helpful and got back to me immediately on any questions I had. My transition into a home of my own was smoother than I could have ever imagined it being. I owe it all to the staff at The Vinings for making my first home and first moving experience an excellent one. August 11, 2015Strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for an apartment to rent. There are lots of drug activity, locals hang out at the pool, frequent visits by the police, nearby train is noisy, and the manager is a real jerk. He will screw you out of your hard earned money every chance he gets at move out. Even if you follow the rental contract.
