Overall we dont have too much maintenance issues with the apartment, the lease office members can be hard to reach when you call so you have to go there if you want to deal with something, the tenants are real closed off and can come off as unfriendly at times.

I have been enjoying my new move at The Vinings at Christiana. Overall I was please with my complete move in process. I have been keeping an open mind that this move was during a pandemic and normal care for the complex may be taking some toll on the upkeep. I hope that process goes back to normal because for such a great place the exterior and some of the dated apartments doesnt give it the feel it should have.

Our apartment was in really good condition on move in other then a few very minor issues. The buildings are new and have full fire suppression which is a really good feature that helps me sleep at night.

I must say that the Vinings at Christiana are a nice place to live. I don't hear a lot of noise or commotion above or outside of my unit. There's a little bit of liter around that should not be there, but I believe that is the ignorance of the residents and not the complexes lack of cleaning. The office staff is respectful and polite when contacting them about any questions, issues, or concerns. They provide a lot of information on the community newsletter and through letters left on the doors. I ...

The Vinings is located in a prime location to all the major highways and roads convenience to the stores supermarkets and mall. Public transportation right outside of the development on Old Baltimore Pike.

Honestly living here is fine, its quiet for the most part, but the first experience we had with maintenance left a bad taste. Again the second maintenance person was awesome.

so far four the past four months that i have been here , i think its been wonderful and the office workers are great and friendly , maintenance people are great , the community is great i like it because its close to my job and close to store and transportation . i would recommend this location to any one if there looking t start somewhere .

This is a great place to live. The office staff are very friendly, and helpful. Its a great location to I 95, route 40, route 4, route 72 and, route 7. Also close the Christiana mall all, supermarkets, gas stations ,and bus stop.

Dont move here if you value getting sleep at night all night people sit outside in their cars blasting music every single night, always people screaming outside and nobody here knows how to pick up their trash leaving trash everywhere I wish I never moved here worst place I've ever lived
