This place is absolutely horrible!! It is not worth the money!
September 22, 2019My fiancé lives here and it is absolutely disgusting. She mostly stays at my place because it’s that bad. The apartments are infested with roaches and bed bugs as soon as she moved in. Every time she puts in a maintenance request, it takes them a week before they come out, and management is so rude! My fiancé would let them know that maintenance still hasn’t come which caused her to not be able use her sink for days and management just says “well you have to wait” or “there’s nothing we can do” ...and then would hang up on her! The owner is working at the office a lot and is the rudest one there! You would think being a business owner, she would know how to treat people better! She piles on random late fees when my fiancé’s rent wasn’t even late. Anyway she can get money, she does it. My fiancé forgot her laundry key on the table in the office and the owner said she had to pay $25 for the owner to go in and get my fiancé’s key, even though the owner had one with her! Like who does that?! I know the rate is reasonable for Scottsdale and the location, but it is NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AT ALL! Bad Management from top to bottom
August 14, 2019The office staff is inefficient. The property management does everything it can to blame residents for the property management's inability to handle upkeep of shared amenities and mantinence orders. The regional manager will not speak with residents regarding issues at the property so you end up feeling unheard and frustrated. The property manager, leasing agent, and maintenance will lie to cover up for each others's lack of effective service to residents.Review from Apartments.com
INFESTED
April 5, 2019I hate to have to leave a warning like this, but BE CAREFUL and visit your prospective apartment AT NIGHT before you lease. My roommates and I spent less than 24 hours there and wound up with a bedbug infestation. Here's what happened. We flew across country and didn't get a chance to tour the apartment before we moved in. At the move-in,the staff were excellent, welcoming and courteous. Halfway through moving in, when night fell,we discovered the apartment was CRAWLING with bedbugs and ...roaches. Even after just six hours in the new place, and with all the personal belongings quarantined, the bedbugs infested our car and other personal belongings. BE CAREFUL when renting here. You must tour your apartment at NIGHT, when the bedbugs emerge, to avoid this kind of disaster. If you fail to notice the bedbugs within 72 hours of move-in, you may be charged for the extermination fees. This MAY be abuse. The management offered their apologies, assured us they had no idea the apartment was in this condition (Don't they clean / check it first? Leasing a bedbug infested apartment is ILLEGAL), and offered to lease us a different apartment on the property. Bad outweighing the good
June 13, 2017I've lived in this apartment complex for maybe 2 months. The grounds keeping is awful, the pool is randomly closed throughout the week (locked shut), the pool isn't 24/7 like many other complexes in the area at the same price point, no hot tub, the rooms don't have lights but have hooks for them, the renovation on the apartment is done like trash, and my work orders haven't been fixed for 3 weeks. January 16, 2016All in all I can't complain. I've been here 4 months. It was what I needed at the time. The office staff is nice and pleasant to deal with. So far I haven't needed any maintenance. My apartment is spacious and they changed out the carpet to vinyl flooring before I moved in without charging extra. When I run the heat I don't have hot water, oh well. The neighborhood kids run wild and trash the place but they are usually in by 9pm so the community is quiet at night for the most part. No assigned ...parking though.
