Lack of Response from Management on Safety and Contract Issues
November 1, 2024I am compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management at Vista, particularly concerning the lack of response to safety concerns and contractual issues. Despite multiple attempts to address significant problems, including persistent mechanical issues with gym equipment and contractual ambiguities, there has been no acknowledgement or action taken by the manager. Regrettably, this ongoing issue compels me to advise potential residents to consider this lack of management ...responsiveness when making their decision about moving here. Excellent place to stay!
March 15, 2021There is a new property manager since last fall and she is WONDERFUL. When there are any maintenance requests I have had to place, tasks are quickly completed without complications. Front desk staff are extremely friendly. The property truly feels like a home away from home with how thoughtful and kind all staff members are. September 30, 2019The building is getting old but I have noticed great improvements during my stay here from garage lighting to flooring. Gone way down hill!!
August 10, 2019I lived here for 2 years and for the first year it was a great place to live! Maintenance was taken care of and it was clean and the manager couldn’t have been better. Once new management took over everything fell apart and I couldn’t wait for my lease to end so I could move out. Everything was breaking down and not getting fixed, the manager was constantly dishonest and unprofessional and RUDE! It was nice walking to class across the street to KUMC but definitely wasn’t worth it anymore after ...the management change!Property Manager Responded

Rude and greedy managment
January 3, 2019I’ve been living here for almost a year and It’s the worst experience ever. Bugs are literally living with me! The building has new rules and policies every month! Charging tenants for using amenities! Threatening tenants to increase fees if they won’t follow the rules. All they want is to squeeze money out of your pocket!
