I lived at Vista at Rocky Fork for over two years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had.
Even though the property is older, it is so beautifully maintained and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The landscaping is always cared for, the community is quiet and clean, and the maintenance team is outstanding—always quick, professional, and kind in solving any issue.
The real difference here, though, is the people. Ms. Lesley Cramer, the Property Manager, ...
sets a high standard of excellence and care. She leads with professionalism, respect, and genuine kindness toward residents. From the way the office staff supports the community to the way maintenance goes above and beyond, you truly feel valued and at home.
When life circumstances required me to move before my lease ended, I was treated with such compassion and understanding. That level of grace is rare, and I will never forget it.
