December 1, 2024The location is superb. The amenities such as the extensive greenbelt, pool, washer and dryer, and gated community are awesome. The apartments look clean, are spacious, and new. I would say the downfalls are the time it takes maintenance to handle a priority issue, the "false promises" I have received from certain staff members (not all), and the lack of attentiveness to new renters who've just moved in (by this I mean no one went over the lease with me or showed me how to access main areas on ...the property that I would need to know about, and they forgot to activate my car tag and give me a new key for my mailbox which they locked me out of and forgot to mention it to me).Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2024I’ve lived here for a few years now and multiple management companies and the same issues are still going on. The pools aren’t always the cleanest. The trash cans are literally always overflowing and the trash bins overflow with dirty doggy bags. There is no fitness center; all the machines, free weights and the one smith machine doesn’t work and are extremely outdated. The worst thing is that there are never any sanitizing wipes so unless you take your own, I’m pretty sure the equipment is not ...being cleaned. The previous management team would power wash the walk ways and stairway walls and doors from time to time. Now everything is covered in debris and bird poop. I do love the area.
