Watch out for ridiculous rent incresaes
April 13, 2018They`ll lure you in with a low rate, then BAM, renewal time, a $100 rent increase. Also, the advertised price does not include water, pet rent, and parking fees. Do you smoke? Then you`ll love it here, because that`s all you`ll smell, as 80% of residents smoke. Too bad, it`s a nice area, but California is much more desirable for renters.Review from Apartments.com

December 19, 2017I moved here 2 years ago, I have been very impressed with the office staff, I really like the new changes. The new manager is wonderful. really night and day compared to the old one. I really like the green grass and the trees all over this property, it is very well kept by the staff. In the summer time I really like the option of 3 swimming pools to choose from, I absolutely love the water aerobics(thank you for offering that & the other activities). I really like this place to live and I will ...be renewing my lease when it comes up again for another year. I would and do recommend this apartment complex to all my friends and family!Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2015Moved sight unseen to our new apartment home after researching apartments online. We have been very pleasantly surprised by the nature setting at the Vistas. Our private patio overlooks natured terraces between buildings. Southwestern sunrise and sets are sensational for sky watchers, with vivid mountain terrain encompassing the area. The complex layout provides lots of space between the pet friendly buildings, and long stretches of walking trails. Three crystal clear swimming pools and the ...fitness center allows us to keep up our physical well-being and social treats include an active group for daily morning coffee events at the community room. The children’s play area is top notch with picnic tables for moms and dads to sit while the kids play in the enclosed area. Each day Alfie the dog and I walk a different path around the complex. August 27, 2015Called to inquire about 1 bedroom for 3 to 6 months time frame. The price varies based upon length of your lease at this place. A ( 1 bedroom ) for 6 month lease is $660 per month. Asked what is the "best" price for a 1 Bedroom? The best price for a ( 1 bedroom ) is with a 12 month lease which is $530.00 per month. Well that is different from the range presented in this website which is $485 - $540.00 Asked why this is the case?- they were including the cost of water/sewage into the ...rate. Asked if there is a discount if you pay in full upfront- NO. You have to pay rent month to month as corporate will not let you pay in full. The Vistas
August 14, 2015After 57 years of living in Wisconsin I decided I no longer wanted to shovel snow. I visited The Vistas in Laughlin and shortly afterward moved in. I did not know one person here, but within weeks had made several wonderful friends. The Vistas offers free coffee in the clubhouse every morning and has small events every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that include pot luck lunches, yhatzee, ice cream socials, kids crafts, bingo, biscuits and gravy breakfast, and so much more all for free. The ...apartment is very roomy and comfortable (mine overlooks one of three pools). They also have three laundry facilities on site. The rent is very reasonable and everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. They even have a courtesy patrol and onsite maintenance 24 hours/day. This apartment complex is perfect for our retirement
July 21, 2015You could not make a better choice than to move into the Vistas Apartments in Laughlin, NV. 13 years ago we decided that this was the year to move to Laughlin, NV. We had decided that we would rent an apartment and be sure that we could live well. We are still here and in the same apartment. And by the way, we just signed a lease for another year. The Laughlin Town Center, Post Office and Library are just a short distance away, and of course it's not very far to the Casinos. The ...staff is very friendly and helpful. We have plenty of parking and maintenance is handled promptly. We have an activities director who holds events at the Club Vistas center and we have a good Exercise Room. We have picnic areas with a place to barbeque, 2 laundromats and 2 swimming pools ( one is heated in the winter and has a hot tub). The grounds are well maintained as well. The bus line is handy if we want to ride the bus, and for the handicapped, they will come pick you up. We have had a few new neighbors who have come and gone, and some who have been here almost as long as we have. Why I love The Vistas
July 21, 2015After having lived in a major city (Las Vegas) for 30 years, we decided to retire and loved the desert but wanted something more. We checked out Laughlin and love the river and the proximity to major areas like the Hoover Dam, Southern Ca., Arizona, and Las Vegas. The Vistas was the perfect answer for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with a variety of landscaping, with no two areas identical. There are multiple layouts so you are not living in carbon copies of every other apartment in ...the complex. The local bus system is right outside the complex and very good for getting around. The staff here is excellent! They were very accommodating in finding us the perfect apartment per our specifications and needs. There are always lots of activities planned by our activity director Lisa. You can't help but make many new friends. We have three sparkling pools and a clubhouse that hosts among other things a morning coffee talk that is complete with coffee, television, snacks and of course your friends.
