December 16, 2024The community is small, so thats nice. The buildings are older so keep that in mind. The gym needs to be revamped, its not that great of an amenity to have die to its lack of equipment. The package lockers are pretty cool.Property Manager Responded

These apartments have brought my husband and I community with a wonderful Church (Saddleback) within walking distance among other entertainment and food eateries. The space, location, amenities, and features provided are hard to come by in a single complex which makes Vivere Lofts a diamond in the rough. We have been living here for 2 years now and plan to live here a few more! April 14, 2023My partner and I have lived at the Vivere Lofts for one month now and we absolutely love our new home. There is a strong sense of community and a wide variety of tenants. It is conveniently located and getting to your unit is hassle free. There is plenty of stairway access for those who tend to avoid elevators like myself. There is a good amount of amenities that although I do not take advantage of, are excellent additions to the property. Maintenance staff is prompt and professional. Our leasing ...office manager, Daisy, has been so helpful and incredibly patient and friendly! Vance has also been of great assistance to us. December 1, 2021Everyone working at Vivere makes you feel like a family member. Kitsia, Juan, Maria, Diana, Alex, I could go on and on, they really are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They remember things about you, important events in your life, milestones, ask your about work and family, you name itthey make you feel like youre valued and important. They also treat my dog Potato like hes their dog, which is great because he loves all of them so much. Everyone replies to your inquiries within like ...a day or so. So you never have an ongoing unresolved issue. Its quiet here which is awesome considering we are on a busy street. Location is perfect being so close to Disney, the stadium, and the Honda Center. I do wish there was a grocery store nearby. That might be the only set back. Apart from that, I love loving here. We are only moving because of a job relocation. Oh yes, the units are VERY spacious omg the storage attics here could be another bedroom, theyre HUGE! Anyway, I love it here. Its the little gem on Katella. Tiny little place beside all of the monstrous hundred building, we are tiny tight knit group here, and I love it! PS: all of the neighbors are super nice too. Gym, pool, and spa is always clean.
