No place like it
August 8, 2025What a wonderful little slice of life this property is. I just moved in a couple of weeks ago, and I couldnt be happier. Everything from the sweet, helpful management/staff to the warm and welcoming community to the stunning views overlooking the hill country make this place an incredibly special find. Lisa and Nancy went above and beyond during the application process, and their engineer Gary is super responsive. Also, for those interested in security, the building and property are completely ...access controlled, including the underground parking garage and elevators; I have never felt more comfortable at any place I've lived prior. Anyone looking to enjoy the modern stylings/ammenities and condominium-style living of downtown and the Pearl at a much more accessible price point and in a less inconvenient location needs to check this place out.Property Manager Responded

Safe and well taken care of.
July 25, 2023I love this smaller complex. It's really easy to spot someone who shouldn't be here and have it taken care of quickly. The apartments are beautiful and because this complex was remodeled by some really good architects that I met at the Grand Opening, you will find that the apartments are modern and beautifully designed, including up to date fixtures, lighting and appliances. It feels nice knowing that there isn't mold, or water damage that can cause health problems. They stay on top of everything ...because of their wonderful maintenance team, one being Gary who is also kind. Elizabeth our apartment manager is like one of the family. She loves what she does and truly cares. Every time we have a apartment event, you will hear everyone talking about how much they love her. I have been very happy here ever since the new owners and management took over a few months ago. Class act is all I can say and I plan on living here a long time. I have been here close to 2 years, and now am moving into a larger apartment. They Appropriately Named It... The Vue
April 26, 2023So I finally moved here. I saw this property for the first time back in January and planned to move here once the lease I was already in expired. The Bad The common/shared areas at The Vue leave much to be desired. It's truly a sad state of affairs and I don't want to harp on it, suffice to say, you will NOT be moving here because of the ammenities (sad pool space, sad lobby, sad fitness center, no smart locks or thermostats). The Good The units/apartments are GORGEOUS!!! I contemplated ...moving into a studio because it just looked fantastic. I moved into a 1 bedroom because I have a lot of suits (bigger closet). I happen to have windows in the front as well as the back balcony. The property faces east and west so there's direct sunlight in your unit most of the day if you have both front and back windows. Many units have upgraded appliances (including a beverage/wine refrigerator). Spectrum service is added into your monthly rent, barn doors on the bathroom, wide open rooms and then there's the view. I have yet to see a proper sunset with the rainy days we've been having in SA, but I imagine those fiery, blood orange sunsets are quite spectacular from The Vue. The VUE is a wonderful place to live!
May 10, 2022I moved in to the VUE the end of January 2022 and enjoy the security of the property! The manager, leasing manager and maintenance manager are all great and very helpful! As a disabled senior citizen, the elevators are a huge plus for me! I would suggest that anyone considering the VUE stop bye and have a cup of coffee, on the VUE! March 1, 2022Wow wow wow! Words cannot describe how fantastic the staff is here! Start it off being greeted by Ashley, who showed us these gorgeous apartments. Calling them luxury is an understatement! Ashley went above and beyond to find us a unit in our price range, show it, and instantly we fell in love. We were on a time crunch, and the manager Brandie went to the full extent to get us approved and moved in! I cannot thank these 2 girls enough, they truly exceeded our expectations. We have officially ...moved in, and loving it. Ashley and Brandie welcomed us with open arms, And I have absolutely no complaints.
