LOVE Living Here!
January 22, 2021I moved into a one bedroom apartment at The Vue in December. I absolutely love it here! The apartments are bright, spacious and open. The finishes and amenities are top of the line. Moving during a pandemic is extremely difficult, but the entire team at The Vue made my experience stress free. I am currently working from home and never hear any noise from my neighbors. Everyone I have met is kind and welcoming. My only regret is not finding this beautiful apartment sooner!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE
February 23, 2018Frequently broken elevator and no hot water "due to cold weather." Excessive drilling/construction sounds start 7am everyday. Plus, toilet water/shower water leaking from the ceiling even though this apartment is apparently brand new. AND YOU would be the one to clean it up. I constantly had to clean up somebody else's toilet water that leaked from the ceiling for 4 days because they ignored my mesage to them and once I asked, they again ignored to solve the problem because they thought this was ...not an emergency. Staff members are full of careless mistakes and when I complain about all their negligence, they reply "again, there is nothing I can do." It started from the moment I moved in: they assigned me a unit different from what's on the welcome letter. We ordered all the packages including king size mattresses to that address on the welcome letter and they ended up getting lost because the leasing office did not even care to move the packages sent to the wrong unit due to their carelessness in writing the welcome letter. This apartment looks nice outside, but the life here is a repetition of a package of unnecessary hassle and "what do you want me to do?" reply from the leasing office. 1Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Heather, Terri, and Grady have always addressed my concerns quickly and effectively. They work hard for their residents and I greatly appreciate it!
