November 1, 2017I just moved here. These apartments are beautiful, but they are VERY cheaply constructed. They cut so many corners. The floors are thin strips of laminate. They are already peeling up at multiple spots. The walls are paper thin, so you can literally hear your next door neighbors sneeze, cough, talk on the phone, flush the toilet. You can hear people talking in the hall even with the bedroom door and the barn door closed. These aren't particularly rowdy people; these are just people talking at a ...normal volume. Speaking of the barn door, they are NOT hung level so they don't actually stay shut. The "garage" parking is actually a parking lot. It isn't secure. Also the intercoms or power outlets inside of vanity drawers don't existProperty Manager Responded
