September 24, 2025So far so good. Just moved in yesterday and we appreciate the small welcome gift as we walked into the apartment. September 18, 2025Never has been a great experience for me unfortunately. Things that you have no control over: very noisy from park, parking is horrible on weekends, and incident with Hannah- the office hasn’t been the same. Maintenance guys are the best!!Property Manager Responded

It was a great experience, and I’m truly thankful to Nichole and the management team. The Walkers' apartment itself is more than great, it's in the best location in Cary! June 26, 2025I can’t say enough good things about living here - The Walker is like a different universe than any other apartment complex and it’s genuinely appreciated. It means a lot to us that we have a safe, secure, very well taken care of and loved complex where the staff are the best and take so much pride in their work.Property Manager Responded
