March 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI toured The Walton because I am planning on moving to Florida in the near future. I was impressed by how well kept the community is even with some improvements happening, the landscaping was good and the grounds were clean. I would be interested in a 2\2 floor plan and after touring I have to say that when I move to Florida that The Walton will be at the top of my list for my future plans.

I got to meet the manager, Brian, who showed me around and let me know about all the new things that are coming to the property. Although my move is not for about 5 months, I'm definitely coming back to pick my apartment. I want the view of the pond or a townhouse for sure.

The apartments I toured with my Friend were spacious, well-designed, and equipped.. I especially ...appreciated the focus on resident satisfaction, reflected in thoughtful touches like the gorgeous pool area, fully equipped fitness center, and pet friendly spaces.
