Poor maintenance I submitted a maintenance request and it was straight up ignored. The ticket was marked as completed but no one came to my unit or even so much as called me to talk about it. This on top of the bug problem that management seems to be doing nothing about is really a bad look. Shame on this place.

Maintenance, amenities Maintenance requested and marked as done, but isn’t. Amenities, like club house, used to be fun. Remodelations are taking forever. Residents call to leasing office and leave a message. Nothing like 3 years ago.

I toured The Walton because I am planning on moving to Florida in the near future. I was impressed by how well kept the community is even with some improvements happening, the landscaping was good and the grounds were clean. I would be interested in a 2\2 floor plan and after touring I have to say that when I move to Florida that The Walton will be at the top of my list for my future plans.

I got to meet the manager, Brian, who showed me around and let me know about all the new things that are coming to the property. Although my move is not for about 5 months, I'm definitely coming back to pick my apartment. I want the view of the pond or a townhouse for sure.

Over all I like the apartment community, Its spacious and well maintained, But the extremely limited amenities for such a big community is a backdrop and also no security gate ( If anyone is walking into the community) can be a potential concern.
