Lovely Apartment Community
March 12, 2026I toured The Walton because I am planning on moving to Florida in the near future. I was impressed by how well kept the community is even with some improvements happening, the landscaping was good and the grounds were clean. I would be interested in a 2\2 floor plan and after touring I have to say that when I move to Florida that The Walton will be at the top of my list for my future plans.Review from Apartments.com

March 7, 2026I came to tour because I am moving to the area. The property looks great. I got to meet the manager, Brian, who showed me around and let me know about all the new things that are coming to the property. Nice apartment complex
January 28, 2025I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cortland Vera Sanford, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The community is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that make it feel like a resort style experience. Shamell was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about floor plans, pricing, and the application process. The apartments I toured with my Friend were spacious, well-designed, and equipped.. I especially ...appreciated the focus on resident satisfaction, reflected in thoughtful touches like the gorgeous pool area, fully equipped fitness center, and pet friendly spaces. While availability for some floor plans was limited, the team kept me well informed and was proactive in helping me explore alternatives. I can tell they genuinely care about helping residents find the best fit for their needs. Overall, if you’re looking for a vibrant community with great amenities and a helpful staff Shamell, Tiana and ,Milica.
