AVOID This place is all costs!!
July 13, 2023This place has cheaper rent (compared to surrounding areas)because there's a catch, everything about this property is BAAAAD. From apathetic property management staff, to shoddy business practices using tow sharks to regulate parking (I lost $500+ in towing fees in a matter of one month), maintenance is never on site, stink everywhere, dirty carpet, flooding, crimes (robberies, fights and property vandalism).. I lived here only one month and had to move out. Stay AWAY!!Property Manager Responded

DONT MOVE HERE
October 12, 2022At first we were told by a leasing agent that there was no deposit and we were approved. THAT WAS A LIE (they fired her) I was told she did that to potential…military potential!Our commute was from FLORIDA. So this was a major move. My husband arrived early to report to his job. On 8/23. He had seen mice the 3rd day. He went into the office numerous occasions in reference to the infestation. He was told that tenants come in here with a Tupperware of mice they found in the apt. And also said it ...was a tenant that like them as pest. The concession that was promised after my husband went in the office and inquired and he got the leasing agent to write time date and whom he wouldn’t be charged late fees because the credits that was promised by the Building Manager was not credited. They also say the gas, lights, and the water they gauge it at 2 people which also don’t make any sense. husband is not there during the day and after on tenant told me that a mice jumped on her out of the vent they have in the shower my anxiety went to the 10th power. I had to get my dr in Florida to do a emergency rx for anxiety because my husband leaves at 4:30 am for work and that when I woke up and say 2 mice coming out of the closet and went outside in 41° weather until my husband got off. They chewed on my boots. Also orkin came 3 times. I don’t know why! They are there my husband has been sleeping in the car before I got there. Unbeknownst to me, and his niece place. Now we’re in a hotel and we have called the powers to be.. and we will be leaving the Warrick very disappointed I’m diagnosed with a anxiety disorder and I also have a condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia that stress ignites the worst pain that makes giving birth smooth. The apartment is beautiful, but if you want additional occupancies there, take a chance. I’m a so emotional with leaving Florida for a new chapter and this was a horrible feeling. The office is so unorganized and unprofessional and I need to speak to the Donaldson Group President. Because we spent lots of money for this move. if you like weed being rolled up in the lobby and mice… you will be in the right place.I arrived on 9/23. Since then I have seen over 9 mice after the maintenance man had been there 4-6 or more.. after the last maintenance Sup came I texted him to tell him after he left I saw mice running around in the apt sitting on the balcony. He said he doesn’t work on weekends and he would be there Monday.. he didn’t come.Property Manager Responded

Disturbing ..I lived there for 9 days

July 13, 2022I live here and it has gotten better with new management. But still sucks! Ask the roaches and the mice, they will say the same. I just caught more last might. People run in the hallways like maniacs and the fire alarm goes off every day. One tenant throws urine out the windows every day. WTF!! The hallways smell like rotten garbage with bags overflowing and no one cares at all! Don’t bother asking for service to your apt, It will never come! They never answer the phone. Disgusting! Not even worth going on
June 6, 2021When I moved up here, I had 2 options for apartments that were "affordable." The customer service was terrible. A lady literally handed us keys to 2 apartments and in both, everything was in terrible condition and one had dead roaches on the floor. DO NOT RENT here.Review from Apartments.com
Horrific
March 30, 2021Since BDMG took over.Worst customer service.So bad, they had finally had to replace ALL of them. Roaches, pest control a joke, floods, no heat, no hot water, probably no A/C again. Building and common areas filthy. People come in and out your apt without your knowledge or notice. Shoddy repairs. Filthy replacements of appliances. No accountability, keep your security deposit. People moving out by the droves. Dishonesty, denial, emotional abuse, no privacy. High utilities, no service. No amenities ...except pool, no security. Can't wait to move. Looking at other apt reminds me of what normal looks like. Elevators don't work. There was Covid in the office and they didn't notify tenants, common areas not cleaned. Dumpster area stinks, full of spilled garbage. BDMG is from Baltimore, need I say more? The slum has come to Montgomery County.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 9, 2019Horrible. I wrote a lengthy review detailing a long list of problems from flooding to pests to outrageous utility bills to mold to no heat/hot water, horrific mgmt and more.
