April 23, 2025I was looking to move out of my previous apartment when the lease was up. I was looking at apartment complexes because of the availability of amenities. I felt like a lot of places charged significantly more for community amenities and did not provide that information up front. The Washingtons/Greystar are very transparent on their website related to costs and space. The leasing agent was very easy to work and communicate with and made the process simple and efficient!!Property Manager Responded
