April 23, 2025I was looking to move out of my previous apartment when the lease was up. I was looking at apartment complexes because of the availability of amenities. I felt like a lot of places charged significantly more for community amenities and did not provide that information up front. The Washingtons/Greystar are very transparent on their website related to costs and space.
