April 20, 2021I love the location. The bills are super high for the area to the point something is wrong, when you get at 100 dollar sewage bill here and issues is there. Black mold has been reported an issue in serval apartments which I have not had issue with but is a issue. All the people here are super nice, love the dog park, the area is great, the pool and pier is super nice. Maintenance here is super friendly and nice. Love them. IReview from Apartments.com

The assistant Manager Pam has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were happy during our stay and also happy after we moved. She has dedicated many hours over the phone and through email to make sure our experience was pleasant and seamless. Any issues that occurred we knew that she would be more than willing to assist. Not only did she provide amazing customer service but the apartments ...were always kept in great shape.
