This Place Is Beautiful!

This community is well landscaped, well lit, and well maintained. Lidia, the Property Manger was professional, accommodating, helpful and patient. She helped us pick the apartment we truly love. The apartment floor plan is open, clean, new appliances, and flooring, the closets are huge and plentiful and include a "California Closet" system which everyday amazes me. There is a lovely clubhouse with two pool tables and a large tv. The laundry is onsite but not like any laundromat I ever saw - ...

Over the summer I was looking for a new apartment to live in on Long Island someone recommended that I go visit the waterfalls I must tell you I am so so glad I did this place is great I have lived here now for 2 months everybody here is super friendly and Lidia the property manager he's without a doubt the most friendly and nicest person to deal with she listens to what you need and point you in the right direction all the time she is a blessing to have here at the waterfalls last weekend it ...

snowed quite a bit of snow over a foot and within two days you didn't even know it would snow here they cleared everything was very courteous I can't say enough good things about the waterfalls if you are 55 and over and you need a place to live don't go any place else but here . The apartments are very clean they're very quiet I couldn't say enough good things about this place this is without a doubt a must-see apartment development and like the last lady just said I am blessed to be living here..

I have lived here 4 years. The property is clean and well-maintained. The neighbors are quiet and courteous. Repair requests are efficient and quick. The property manager is available and always kind. Snow removal is on-the-spot and the landscaping adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
