    this experience has been awful. the area of this complex is awful and unsafe. the inside of the apartment is nasty (they showed me an updated one and only told me the cabinets would be different not that it would be so outdated. I've made SEVERAL complaints about my downstairs neighbors who are abusing their animals and noise complaints..with nothing being done about it. the front entrance to the complex floods with even the smallest rain making a small pond. my hot water heater is not large ...
    enough to even fill my bathtub with warm water. when I moved in it took over a month to get issues I had fixed and since then ive just accumulated more and more issues. I hate it here.

    Management is horrible. Your calls will never be answered. It is very true about the random charges and up charges to an un un renovated, falling apart, space. It is not worth it. I kept my lease for a year and dipped. So glad to be out.

  • Worst Management

    August 18, 2022
    This property will gave you headaches when it comes to maintenance and dealing with the staff. Super worst maintenance, it will take months for them to fix whatever needs to be fixed in your unit. The people working in here are all liars. They are only very good if you are a new renters, they just want to get your money but they can’t comply with their jobs. If you guys planning to rent here, it will give you stress in the future. Be careful people.

  • Don’t do it

    I moved in about a month ago and regret regret regret it. The patio screen door was supposed to be fixed when I moved in and I’ve called the office 4 times since moving in and have been ignored. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and I’ve called about that but of course was ignored. Maintenance is terrible here. It’s almost as if there is no maintenance here. I’ve been having to fix stuff myself at this place, out of my own pocket. I already regret moving to this place but will be moving out as ...
    soon as my lease is up or earlier if I can show they are not fulfilling their end of the lease.

  • Getting Better

    We had our issues when we first moved in with the apartment not being up to spec (dirty, damages) but mostly we had issues with the management. The management has changed recently and seems to be much better. The maintenance crew is great. Pretty quiet for the area it's in. Nice neighbors.

  • how can you be so hard hearted

    January 7, 2020
    I sent my rent on December 26, for January's rent. the manager claims she didn't get the check until January 6,. It was a bank check sent from Bank Of America. The date on the check was January 2, She charged me $170.00 for being one day late even though it was a holiday. Lighten up it's the season to be kind.

    This apartment complex is not worth it. There are so many issues. Noise issues. Bug issues. Not to mention they charge you for things randomly. It's been over 7 months since I have moved and now they are trying to send me charges. Don't bother with this place. These apartments are small, cheap, and not worth it. Nothing is updated and they all smell a specific way. Just save yourself and pick one of the other 10 apartment complexes on that road.

  • Good Apartments, Poor Management

    These apartments are in good shape, and most of them have been upgraded within the last 5 years. However, there are two major drawbacks. First, the management is not great. In the year that I have lived here, I've called maintenance twice, and they have been slow to respond. Also, their billing system is disorganized. For four months, they charged me a fee for not having renters' insurance, and I had to go back over and over to make them find my POI in their files and remove the charge. It was ...
    annoying and frustrating. The second drawback is that some of the people in this neighborhood are sketchy. All of the people that I have met from this complex are ordinary, friendly people. However, some unsavory people from nearby complexes come to use our amenities. Once, two drug dealers tried to deal to me while I was doing my laundry. 3 or 4 times, creepy dudes hit on me while cutting through our tennis court on their way to another complex. Thus, the inside of the apartments are fine, but one should think hard about putting up with (at best) disorganized management and a not so great neighborhood.
