Renter Beware!
September 27, 2025Just turned in keys after living in this complex for 1 lease term. It was absolutely terrible! Pest problems. Vandalism issues because of the constant kids running around, kicking soccer balls in the parking lot. I ended up with scratched in the side of my car even after parking far away from my apartment to try to get away from the 50 kids that run a muck through the parking lots. There is a community lawn and place for kids to play….they DONT use it! We never ended up getting the keyless entry ...installed even after being told upon move in that it would be done in 1-2 months. Asked leasing several times and was ignored so we gave up. Walls are very thin. Music blasting at all hours from other tenants…if you are looking for a quiet pleasant place to call home. THIS IS NOT IT!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Broken Promises
October 10, 2022This place promised a healthy living and upgrades. Too many switches between management companies. Additional hidden fees not listed in contract. Unhealthy garbage practices leading to pollution vis runoff of local stream and water supply. Promised new locks but we still have old broken locks. Great place to commit a crime as door hinges and locks won’t stop a child from kicking them in. I find at least 3-5 cockroaches a day. The in unite laundry machines are a fire waiting to happen due to poor ...ventilation. Management is rude and does not let residence know when they are shutting off water (which happens weekly). When you call them out for it they harass you on it. Electric goes out when it rains. Not a place to live.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful Waterford
May 24, 2022I moved to The Waterford a number of years back and have been through few managements. Overall, The Waterford is a clean, quiet and peaceful place to live with decent neighbors. The apartment is close to everything yet tucked away for peaceful, quiet natural living. The current management is communicative. Maintenance issues are promptly attended to upon request.
