Used to be good - not anymore

The Best

Poor Management Poor Maintenance
August 23, 2020A/C went out and maintenance didn’t respond until 45 minutes later all he said was he can’t work at night. So while me and my boys suffer from hot heat, I asked him to get manager to call me no one ever called and they say they care about their tenants bullshit. Worse place I ever lived would not recommend this hell hole to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartments
June 23, 2020I have lived here since September 2018. The apartments are located convenient to shopping. The office staff really go above and beyond for the residents. Look elsewhere
September 26, 2019Terrible, miserable, arrogant management. They treat their residents with contempt, acting if somehow a job in apartment management makes them superior to the hard working tenants who live there. They consistently lie, and when you call them on their lies, they hang up on you. There are nicer, less expensive, and much better managed properties within a stones throw of this terrible property. May 24, 2019My family and I live here. It is a nice community and we definitely feel at home. We are buying a house soon but we will miss the peace of mind that we experienced here. I'll cover the areas that were most important to me when we were searching for an apartment about a year ago. Pros: -We selected a great floor plan (Vicksburg, 2 bed 2 bath, 1st floor, one bedroom on each side of the apartment, patio, 1188 square feet) -Plank flooring was a huge plus in dining and living and wet areas -Nice ...kitchen with more than enough counter and cabinet space, granite is fabulous looking, reliable appliances -high ceilings and crown moulding excellent -I feel like our unit is pretty energy efficient given the type of ac and windows but I don't really know because we chose to go with the utility company's flat rate (in hindsight I regret doing this but oh well) -Storage unit on back patio is spacious -low noise level -quiet and friendly neighbors -bark park is plus and they have made several improvements (adding equipment and concrete slab) -management is always open to suggestions and wants to help -maintenance extremely responsive to any need -great water pressure in the shower, nice fixtures -close to Highway 59, easy entrance Cons: -The washing machine failed a couple times after we moved in but they didn't stop until they figured it out. I think it's the model because our neighbors had similar issues. -Their business center printer is little finicky but usually manage to troubleshoot and get what I needProperty Manager Responded

September 22, 2017They wont give you a quote that matches online. They will not honor this website, or any other 3rd party apartment website. And the property manager just want to milk you for every penny he can. Negative stars need to be availableProperty Manager Responded
