    Had a great first impression when touring the complex with Jessica. Both restaurants are great. Maintenance is very responsive. Locked myself out and contacted Renae after hours who contacted Steve(maintenance) to let me back in. I waited no longer than 10 minutes before I was back in!

    Property had multiple owners and they do not have staff to help out on urgent needs. It is managed by a property management company which is not always available either. They had several burglaries, even with bikes and they didn't even offer some type of remedy. They now want to charge you more money with storage units because every attempt they had to open something in the bottom empty space has failed. The rent increase from the new owner is crazy for the lack of customer service they offer. ...

    I've been at this apartment for the last 2 years. It's important to me to have a nice, clean and safe home. I like that the mills has washer/dryer in the apartment. The property is always clean and staff is always asking how I'm doing. My son likes to go for walks by the river and there's a pool nearby as well as a park. He also likes going downstairs to the restaurants and watching the boats go by in the summer. We're close to shopping and my work, the school bus goes right by the building and ...

    Sure, they’re decently nice apartments but the building itself is poorly ran. Ever since the last property manager left the place has been a stressful one to live. They are always putting notices on doors enforcing new rules and they completely took the comfortable feeling of living there out by decisions they’ve made. I wouldn’t want to live there again ever.

    I can't get over how great this apartment is...I looked around at 6 other properties and nothing compared to this place, it offers so much at a awesome price. The staff was friendly and helpful with my move to the Davenport area which made the move pretty smooth. Apartment is furnished and cable and Internet is included the room was clean and the building is well kept. The commute to work is a breeze, the i74 bridge is just a couple of blocks away. Id recommend living here to anyone.

    I moved in a few months ago, and there were a few problems. There is not enough parking to handle all the tenants, but they are currently making an additional lot. It was supposed to be finished by now, but it has been pushed back with all the rain we had this summer. When it's done, I don't think parking will be an issue. The internet has been less than stellar is you rely in the main WiFi connection. I plugged in and set up my own, and I haven't had any issues with internet. My room is also ...
    pretty small and without a traditional closet, but I have plenty of storage. It doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Other than those three things, two of which are either easily fixed or going to be fixed soon, it's been great. It's a short walk from downtown Moline and right next to the WIU campus. It's also just down the street from the first exit off I-74. It's right across the street from the Mississippi River where there is a small park, walk/bike path, and some river boats. The sand volleyball court and cook out patio area is nice, and everyone is very social and welcoming if you want to join in. The building also hosts events frequently.The assistant manager is amazingly nice and knows everyone's name. The apartment itself is brand new. The bathrooms are so nice and big. The kitchen/living area is a decent size. There's also laundry included in the unit which is so nice and convenient. Overall, I have had a positive experience, and I would recommend living here if you can live with the smaller bedrooms.
