November 24, 2025honestly this has been one of the best places i’ve ever lived, the staff is responsive and friendly and the place itself feel as if it’s a resort that you just never leave. Affordable price for what you get, the only thing that i would personally like to see change is more parking between building 3 and 4 now i have no idea how it would be done but thats my only complaint.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2025The buildings are new which is nice, and the staff always has an answer for my concerns. However, the amount of parking spots is an issue, and I wish there was a spot to use a hose to clean a bicycle. Also we could use some more enforcement of people picking up after their dogs.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2025Living at The Waters at Redstone has been such a great experience. The apartments are modern and the amenities really feel resort-style from the pool and fitness center to the dog wash and game room. The staff and maintenance team are always friendly and quick to help, and the monthly events make it feel like a true community. The property is well kept, quiet, and in a super convenient location near I-10 and Hwy 85. Rent is a little higher, but the comfort and quality make it worth it.Property Manager Responded
