April 24, 2026Pros: The apartment offers a great overall living experience in several key areas. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and responsive, which makes communication and maintenance requests smooth and stress-free. The community also hosts well-organized, genuinely enjoyable resident events, creating a welcoming, social atmosphere. The location is another major advantage conveniently situated with easy access to nearby essentials. And last, the units feature large windows that bring in ...plenty of natural light, making the space feel open and inviting. Cons: One significant drawback is the lack of sound insulation. The walls are quite thin, making it easy to hear conversations and everyday noise from neighboring units. This can impact privacy and overall comfort. Noise transmission between floors is also an issue, as even normal walking can be heard by downstairs neighbors. Improved soundproofing would greatly enhance the living experience.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2026The people above me have a child or something running back-and-forth starting it usually eight or so at night and goes on till 10 or 1130 who knows I sit on my patio to have coffee in the morning on the weekends and look out there and see all kinds of garbage that’s been thrown over the rail from the child that lives upstairs. They eventually picked most of it up but this weekend I was sweeping some of it up and got a piece of a stuck in my foot. Definitely was not impressed.Property Manager Responded
