Best experience ever I really like the pool and gym area along with the game room and lounge for guest and the ability to cook and enjoy your time by the grill at the pool area can’t forget about the fire pit!!!

Everyone in the office is super sweet and we love the resident events. We love hanging at the pool or playing indoor pool! We love the chance to hit a quick gym session or relax by the water in this hot weather!

Living at The Waters @ Promenade has been a great experience so far. From day one, everything has felt well-organized and welcoming. The property is always clean, well-kept, and has a peaceful atmosphere that really makes it feel like home.
The management team stands out the most—they’re professional, respectful, and quick to respond whenever you need anything. You can tell they actually care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community running smoothly.

solid. Any request I’ve put in has been handled quickly and done right the first time, which is something you don’t always find.
I also appreciate how safe and comfortable the environment feels. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall vibe of the complex is calm and positive.
