May 15, 2025We are moving out next month after a little over 2 years of being here. We have truly enjoyed our time here & will definitely miss this place. Staff has always been helpful, amenities have been great, everything on the property is always clean & well taken care of, neighbors are friendly & maintenance is timely & efficient. The new Wawa right on the property is also a huge plus that we have enjoyed. Truthfully no complaints after 2 years. Would recommend this complex to anyone!Property Manager Responded

May 5, 2025Decent apartment complex. Too much dog waste lying around, do not enforce cleaning up after pets. Amenities are hit or miss - coffe machine down frequently and fridge rarely stocked with drinks.Property Manager Responded

May 5, 2025My dog & I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past few months. I appreciate the community events and feel safe when I am here. I have enjoyed my time thus far and plan to continue my residence for as long as I am living on the gulf coast.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025We're having to adjust to a lot of technology which is difficult for two senior citizens. Otherwise we really like it so far. I'm sure we will adapt to our new environment with all the bells and whistles. The staff has been very helpful and patient with our ignorance.Property Manager Responded
