December 16, 2025It has its problems just like any other apartment complex. You have so many different people with different personalities. But for the most part the management team is great and the maintenance team is great. I just think for a luxury apartment complex it should be cleaner outside then what it is. The walkways are disgusting. They just cleaned the buildings last week and didn't even do the sidewalks. For a luxury apartment complex and for the amount of rent that we pay it should be cleaner than ...what it is.Property Manager Responded

I feel like I am on vacation and the neighbors that I have met so far are very friendly and the events coordinated have been great for my son and I to meet and mingle with the new neighbors!
