March 5, 2025I was hesitant to move here considering all of the reviews, but really needed something cheaper and this place had a great move in deal. Will say they do have roaches and spiders, but if you get pest control to come in a few times they go away just fine. Been 6 months with no critters! I applied online to lock it in quick as I am interested but I, of course have the right to see it still. I literally only asked for a video of the unit, she said “go online”. As if I hadn’t already done that, I literally want a video of MY UNIT that I’m applying for. I also asked about parking, utilities and her answers were always close ended. Just ok
May 8, 2022The pool is ALWAYS closed, never seen it open. There’s no exhaust fan for the kitchen so every time you use the oven or stove the fire alarm goes off. Lots of roaches. Floor is uneven, damaged tiles and missing grout. Just one air conditioner unit which doesn’t quite cool the entire apartment. The people in the office are nice. The windows are in deep need of replacement. No screens and more than half don’t open and are taped shut. Very dirty. Tried to apply, extremely disrespectful.
January 24, 2022This place has wasted about a week of my time and won't let me pay the application fee and apply. I have saved up enough to make the move to Tampa for and they claimed you need to prove you've had $31320 for the last three months in your bank account or an offer letter for a job. I had the needed amount in my account however I am in a union and would be able to be under contract until I began going to one of he halls located throughout the United States which I wanted to attend the one in Tampa ...and move there. Don’t do it..
November 29, 2019Don’t rent here. It’s not worth the money they are charging. Maintenance sucks unless it’s a real emergency. The building is very old and the neighbors play loud music and smoke pot all day and night. ? look else were. Stay away from the university area!Property Manager Responded

September 11, 2015Casablanca Apartments are amazing. About a year ago they repainted the entire apartments and it looks great. It's a great location. Great schools. And laundry rooms nearby. And it's minutes away from USF and also minutes away from Universary Mall. The apartment maintenance staff are amazing. Very friendly neighborhood. They provide excellent amenities.
